CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 40% of the booked service, or forfeiture of your deposit if one was paid. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to a loss of booking privileges. THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. There is a 48 hour window after service to change, enhance or fix any issues encountered.
